If additional trips are required due to circumstances beyond our control — including, but not limited to, restricted or gated community access, closed roads, denied entry, or inability to locate or retrieve the sign post or agent signage — a return trip fee will be assessed for each additional visit required to complete the service.

Please note that date is not guaranteed so please allow a 2 business day scheduling window. Further, if the requested date falls on a Friday, the service may be delayed until the following 1-3 Business Days of the date requested. Holidays and Office Closures may extend that time-frame.
