If we arrive at a property and determine that the risk of hitting irrigation lines is too great, regardless of permissions, no installation will be completed and a trip fee will be assessed.

This includes city/county property such as setbacks, HOA owned/maintained property, private property not owned by the seller, etc without consent of the applicable party. A trip fee will apply if a service request is submitted for such property if applicable. Additionally, since it is not always possible for Real Estate Signs Today to know if a property falls into any of these categories and installation is completed, agent accepts full responsibility for any repairs or losses incurred as a result.

Adding a Brochure After Initial Installation *

Agent understands that the brochure box will be added to the back of the sign post and that no exceptions can be made. Agent further understands that the box may not be moved to another part of the sign post as it will cause permanent damage. If this occurs, the agent will be charged for a damaged post in the amount of $95.
