Temporary Installation Disclaimer & Re-Installation Policy: All real estate sign post installations provided are intended to be temporary installations only and are not permanent signage installations secured with concrete or other permanent anchoring methods. Because these installations are temporary in nature, they cannot be guaranteed against leaning, movement, damage, or failure caused by extreme weather, high winds, ground conditions, vandalism, vehicle impact, or any other circumstances beyond our control. In addition, the increasing size and weight of agent sign panels and riders compared to traditional 18"x 24" signs create additional wind resistance and stress on sign posts, which may contribute to leaning or instability. These conditions are completely outside of our control. Due to the nominal service pricing charged for sign post installations, Real Estate Signs Today cannot provide multiple service trips, warranty calls, or repeated adjustments at no additional cost. Any re-installation, straightening, repair, or replacement of leaning, damaged, or broken sign posts resulting from weather conditions, oversized signage, vandalism, or other external factors will be billed at the current standard installation service rate. Any sign post damaged beyond repair while installed — including damage caused by vandalism, accidents, severe weather, or other external causes — will result in a $95 replacement fee. This fee does not include installation of a replacement sign post, which will be billed separately at the current installation rate.

If we arrive at a property and determine that the risk of hitting irrigation lines is too great, regardless of permissions, no installation will be completed and a trip fee will be assessed.

Property Landscape and Irrigation Maintained by an HOA *

If our installer arrives and determines that the wall has a finished capstone or other unsuitable surface, installation services will be canceled on site and a Trip Fee may be assessed, if applicable. Please contact our office prior to scheduling if you are unsure whether your wall has a finished capstone or if you need clarification regarding wall suitability for installation.

Adding a Brochure After Initial Installation *

Agent understands and agrees that all brochure boxes are installed on the back side of the sign post only, regardless of the original direction or placement of the sign post, and no exceptions can be made. Agent further understands that brochure boxes may not be removed, relocated, or repositioned to another area of the sign post, as doing so may cause permanent damage to the post finish and structure. Any post damaged as a result of moving or relocating the brochure box will result in a $95 damaged post charge.

Fees charged are for installation, service, usage, and removal of company-owned equipment and do not constitute the sale of the sign post or related materials. Agent accepts responsibility for loss, theft, vandalism, misuse, or damage to company equipment while installed on the property. Replacement and service fees may apply as outlined herein.
